Al Seer Oman was acquired from Oman United Agencies (OUA) in October 2006, by Al Seer Group (ASG), the oldest and largest operators in the United Arab Emirates.

Our coverage includes all segments like Hypermarkets / Supermarkets / Convenience stores / Groceries / Perfumery shops / Cosmetic shops / Hotels / Restaurants etc. We have stationary Merchandising teams in almost all key outlets to keep the shelves filled at all times. This will help avoid out of stock situation, leading to customer satisfaction. We believe in giving top priority to customer service.
To provide the desirable level of service, Al Seer Oman has 6 Warehouses to cover the vast geographic area of the Sultanate of Oman, which makes us stronger in terms of coverage, compared to our competitors. Temperature control (to maintain product ‘freshness’), palletized handling and racked storage, helps maintain the quality of our products.
Al Seer Oman is equipped with a live IT system delivering real time information. The well known ERP system of SAP has been successfully integrated and is fully operational in Al Seer Oman. System enhancement (Business Intelligence Warehousing) has been completed and integrated. Some more system add-ons in the form of WMS, HHT & B2B are in progress.
