Al Seer Group (ASG) is one of the pioneers in the FMCG distribution in the region with capabilities to service all types of Retail and Institutional clients. Forming the core of Al Seer Group are 8 companies / divisions further split into Strategic Business Units. These business divisions have made Al Seer a formidable player in the Lower Gulf (UAE & Oman) with revenue doubling in the last 3 years. To keep up with the galloping pace of growth in existing and new businesses, the number of employees has increased from circa 287 in year 2002 to above 1000 to-date. This is to ensure adequate share of mind, enhance efficiency and bolster effectiveness across each of the SBUs.

The businesses within each of these strategic business units are nurtured and driven forward through highly professional teams headed by Business Development Managers who have a team of Key Account Executives, Sales Executives and Merchandisers, supervised by Sales Managers, Merchandising and Van Sales Managers for in market excellence. Each of the companies are supported by an integrated set of support functions; i.e. HR, Customer Marketing, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance.
